Add it to Apple Mail
- Choose Copy signature. If copying is unavailable, select the signature in the white panel and copy it manually.
- Open Mail → Settings → Signatures. Select your email account and add a new signature.
- Turn off Always match my default message font, then paste the signature.
- Choose it as your account’s signature and check it in a new draft.
If the logo is missing after pasting, insert the downloaded PNG in the signature editor. Some recipients may choose not to load images; your contact details remain readable text.
